Registration is now open for the 2nd annual MonDak Club Spiel!

The Last Chance Curling Club is excited to offer you an opportunity to join us on a trip to Minot, North Dakota to curl on some dedicated curling ice in March for the MonDak Club Spiel. The Minot Curling Club has graciously offered to let us Montana curlers use their facilities on March 21st and 22nd to host a fun dedicated ice bonspiel. The format will be Montana teams vs North Dakota teams for some friendly competition ala Ryder Cup style (for those of you golfers out there).

The caravan for Minot will leave Montana early on Friday morning, and curling will start on Friday evening when we get into town. We'll curl and have dinner and drinks at the club Friday night, curl all day Saturday, and come back home on Sunday.

The Clarion Hotel, which is right across the street from the curling club, is going to set aside a block of rooms for us, but other forms of lodging are also avialable in town. Bring your team or just bring yourself! We can form randomly selected teams when we get there based on who comes, or play with pre-determined teams. Since the Minot Curling Club was nice enough to let us use their facility for the weekend, the cost per person will be minimal (last year it was $25/person). This is a great opportunity to curl on dedicated curling ice, as we do not currently have any dedicated curling ice facilities in Montana.
