Safety Considerations

Playing on the ice can be dangerous. Falls do occasionally happen. If you have any physical or medical conditions which may make you susceptible to falls, we DO NOT recommend signing up for this activity, without first contacting the club to arrange for special modifications. We require every participant to have sturdy, athletic shoes with good traction and a soft sole.  We recommend every player purchase a curling shoe gripper and a hat with head protection.  You can find head protection at the following links.
